As a Franchisee you will run operations on behalf of Bento with support from the corporate management structure. A working capital of $5000 to $15,000 will be required from the franchisee.

$ W4 L0 B, E" C% w- RResponsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality.
4 C) Q' `( j' v! J1 c! \9 pAccountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating employees.
$ v" d7 ?5 W2 NEnsure that the labour and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third party auditors.
! o8 ?1 c, [8 r. L6 DProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

+ w- Y; A( W( x1 K5 [Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered to.

Experience in the Sushi industry is preferred but not required – Bento provides all the necessary training
