+ C# r3 ~: q' Z* q/ lThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

5 t& l, R( n9 V. `% l" oJob Responsibilities:
/ t4 |" @' L& c, R; `# T5 n5 [- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
# L/ b4 A9 @+ q7 z0 Z( |; K- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
& F! I$ Y' i* U- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
% I) R( ]# u% W4 e1 i0 L0 \- Maintain daily production records.
3 |. W0 m$ q2 G# ]  {, \; T; c3 M" F- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

Wage:

$13 per hour + car allowance ( if applicable)
