Sushi Chef
Job Description
( [! v8 T2 m! H, w1 H% q/ ~The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

! K5 m4 I. O( }- Q* Q# @Job Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
1 U& i# }, u. G# |  U- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
: t# P. M1 @* C3 ?- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
0 p: `: s" @- H$ O- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
; h0 K, G* G' e) l) o- Effective English communication skills
! m$ M/ u) a' g% [/ i- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

  E7 ]( ], k: s1 w; G0 D  ?- Ability to work in a team
