Responsibility:
6 \1 W1 c1 t3 n, J% f• Assisting in the coordination of both outdoor and indoor events.8 _6 S0 _- H, W6 W
• Manage and grow the customer database.% {: p& ~1 B' {: o( O
• Ability to design events independently, make events proposal.4 A/ l c$ N, \( g. k4 A
• Coordinate pre-event details with staff and clients, arrange event sites.
; s4 E b3 b" t0 k2 c L• Ability to make an up-to-date plan, and make an alternative plan if required.. S; c% I- N! \' K' F
• Collaborating with other departments and make promotional materials. m+ T: X5 g0 L7 f* A
w1 O( s9 `9 v; yRequirement:
! U" _! m/ u g# y, Z* x& z& I8 t5 [+ M• Minimum college diploma.* O# n( g' l9 U- d; D: ~
• Experience in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.5 t* x8 R) ?8 r5 W& b& w
• Problem-solving skills, able to act according to circumstances.' E- ^8 q' x& W$ q4 e
• Ability to work both on the team and independently, follow the instruction.
