Sushi Chef
Job Description
8 g5 S2 e. P6 @7 h  @5 `5 b) JThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
9 D# s% Q7 @3 ^8 `
; e* }$ @0 V. a' h; E$ pJob Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
" M/ n  r/ S) }+ d$ D- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
+ ^; w7 P  }. F2 r/ E' y4 O5 r& }- C- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

$ P7 z! p! M$ eQualifications:
9 G1 l, s2 k- k) u* i- Effective English communication skills
1 X- {( q/ m2 i% X3 J5 F3 p- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
/ L5 ^% i8 Q( Z5 m) a7 N- ~8 E- Likes dealing with people
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
