The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

7 q! z+ O( M- R+ f- W" A/ `$ GJob Responsibilities: 7 |- k" H0 }/ v5 I5 p
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
! E/ r$ w" O: K0 t* d' y" Z3 ?- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
; ?" m3 w9 A" G4 g5 y9 j: e- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
9 A) }) e3 f+ U3 D- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk 7 l, W; S9 g4 w: H; Z8 u
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
