Sushi Chef

The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. - u# S) I0 c( B& g+ x b( T8 n

! X- w( p+ [2 K( G9 e" j- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. / u! v- S6 G# b u& b9 t
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
' \5 Q" n) Y" J' W; v1 F- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
' @/ `$ m% M3 h' D7 a- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk

- Maintain daily production records.
