The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
# p- i. a0 W0 i, @6 m- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
+ m6 L* P$ n3 e2 A- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
1 ?0 v! v* X; K7 j1 H- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. . M' M9 K2 i4 r# E/ r- G& w# D
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
# g' C) I5 \9 h1 X' L" G3 {- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. / U/ A1 f9 u. |# {! N3 L

- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Effective English communication skills
